The AI Reputation Assistant for Your Own Data

Ask HostRepute about the reputation of the hosts on your team. The assistant answers from your monitoring data, summarises what changed, and drafts advisory recovery steps. It has read-only access and cannot start scans, change settings, or modify any records.

What it does

Three ways the assistant works with your reputation data

Ask a question in plain language, get a structured summary of what is happening, and turn it into a prioritised plan your team can act on.

Conversational assistant

Ask HostRepute about the email and domain reputation of the hosts on your team, and get answers grounded only in your monitoring data.

AI reputation summaries

Turn monitoring activity into a structured summary with an overall status, a one-line headline, and the key findings behind it.

Advisory remediation playbooks

Generate prioritised, advisory recovery steps, each with a rationale. Every step is guidance for your team to perform, never an automated action.

Grounded in your monitoring data

Six read-only data sources, all from your own team

The assistant draws on the monitoring you already run in HostRepute. It reads these sources through read-only tools and never relies on outside knowledge about your specific hosts, IPs, or domains.

Health score
The current reputation health score for each monitored host on your team.
Blacklist status
Listing status from the blacklist monitoring already running on your hosts.
Deliverability checks
Deliverability diagnostics captured for your domains and sending hosts.
Microsoft SNDS
Microsoft SNDS reputation signals already synced into your HostRepute team.
Gmail Postmaster
Gmail Postmaster trends collected for the domains you monitor.
Delisting attempts
The delisting attempts recorded against your listed hosts and their outcomes.

How it stays trustworthy

Read-only, advisory, and grounded in your data

The assistant is built to inform your team, not to act for it. These rules are non-negotiable in how it operates.

Read-only by design

The assistant can read and summarise reputation data. It cannot start scans, change settings, or modify any records on your behalf.

Grounded in your data

Every answer uses only the data returned by its read-only tools this turn, scoped to your team. There is no outside knowledge about your specific hosts.

Advisory, not automated

Remediation steps are advisory guidance for your team. The assistant never instructs the system to take an action for you.

Honest about gaps

When the tools return no data for a question, the assistant says so plainly instead of guessing, estimating, or inventing findings.

Usage is credit-metered, so reputation work draws on the same team credits as the rest of HostRepute. The assistant is available on the Business and Enterprise plans.

AI Reputation Assistant questions

No. The assistant has read-only access to your HostRepute monitoring data. It cannot start scans, change settings, or modify any records. If you ask it to take an action, it explains that it can only read and summarise reputation data.
The Business and Enterprise plans. The Professional and Locked plans do not include it.
Only your own HostRepute monitoring data, surfaced through six read-only tools: health score, blacklist status, deliverability checks, Microsoft SNDS, Gmail Postmaster, and delisting attempts. It does not draw on outside knowledge about your specific hosts, IPs, or domains.
No. The assistant uses only the data returned by its read-only tools on each turn, grounded entirely in your monitoring data. It does not reach for information about your specific hosts from anywhere else, and if the tools return no data for a question, it says so plainly instead of guessing.
