Where is a TLS-RPT record published? +
Publish it as a TXT record at _smtp._tls.example.com with v=TLSRPTv1 and one or more rua destinations.
Should TLS-RPT be used with MTA-STS? +
Yes. TLS-RPT is most useful with MTA-STS because it reports transport failures that can affect enforced SMTP TLS delivery.
