We check against 80+ sources, including Spamhaus, Barracuda, SpamCop, SORBS, and others as they are available. We continuously update the list to cover impactful blocklists.

It depends on your plan. Free monitors are checked every 48 hours, Professional monitors every 24 hours, Business monitors every 12 hours, and Enterprise monitors every 6 hours. Alerts are sent when a new listing is detected via your configured channels.

No, Pay-as-you-go credits never expire. You can buy a pack today and use them whenever you need to run manual checks or use the API.

You will be prompted to upgrade to the next tier or remove some hosts. We won't automatically charge you for overages.

Yes, on the Enterprise plan. Team owners can connect any SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect identity provider, such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or Google Workspace, verify company email domains with a DNS TXT record, and require SSO for everyone on those domains. New members are created on their first sign-in with the role you choose, and the team owner can always still sign in with a password. Read the SSO setup guide.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your billing period.
