HostRepute monitors IP addresses and domains against 80+ sources, stores each monitoring run, and sends notifications through configured alert destinations.
Most teams start by creating a monitored host, assigning a monitoring profile, and adding at least one alert destination.
First setup checklist
- 1 Create or open your team workspace.
- 2 Add the IP address or domain you want to monitor.
- 3 Choose the monitoring profile that defines which sources are checked.
- 4 Add an alert destination and contact group so changes reach the right people.
- 5 Review monitoring history after the first scheduled or manual check completes.
