What HostRepute syncs

Google Postmaster integration monitors domain email reputation with Gmail through the Google Postmaster Tools API.

HostRepute tracks spam rate, SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication success, inbound and outbound TLS encryption rates, delivery errors, and compliance snapshots.

Setup

  1. 1 Open Gmail Postmaster Integrations in HostRepute, then connect with Google.
  2. 2 Authorize read-only Postmaster access.
  3. 3 Make sure your sending domains are already verified in Google Postmaster Tools.
  4. 4 Review synced domains and daily stats in HostRepute.

Sync cadence and retention

Google Postmaster data is retained for 90 days and syncs daily at 10:00 UTC. Google may require minimum email volume before metrics appear for a domain.

Manual sync is useful after reconnecting Google authorization or when validating that newly verified domains appear in HostRepute.
