What HostRepute syncs

Microsoft SNDS integration monitors IP email reputation with Outlook.com through Smart Network Data Services.

HostRepute tracks filter result, complaint rate, trap hits, message volume, and current IP status values such as blocked, bot, or junked.

Setup

  1. 1 Log in to Microsoft SNDS.
  2. 2 Open View Data, then Automated Data Access.
  3. 3 Copy the Daily Data and Current Status URLs.
  4. 4 Add those URLs to a HostRepute SNDS integration and keep it active.

Sync cadence and retention

SNDS data is retained for 90 days and syncs daily at 09:00 UTC.

Manual sync is useful after updating Automated Data Access URLs or when you need to confirm that Microsoft data is being parsed correctly.
